We stayed here for a night. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are good and is located conveniently near the Opera and key attractions so it ticks all the boxes. The only minus point would be the fire alarm going off for a significant period of time at night which was disturbing

My worst hotel choice! Is it smaller than this? Depressing room 😫 full of annoying noises, people's voices at 4 am, next door neighbor's voices,.. Worst of all, the heating system dosnt work, I announced, but the room was not changed!!!! Bringing me a blanket from 100 years ago, wow, 😓😱 I can't believe it. I am not satisfied with the money I paid. The only suitable place was the lucation and bathroom.

Location is without doubt the best in Paris…close to everything including being surrounded by great restaurants. In room dining is disgusting…we could not eat the food they sent up as very poor in quality. However the restaurant served up great food which was good quality and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was ordinary with limited hot food but plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice. Hotel needs to review its food delivery apart from the restaurant which was excellent. We were given an upgrade to a larger room looking over an internal courtyard so No street noise. Hotel is a very old building and the decor reflects its age which is quietly elegant. Staff helpful but their English was only just adequate .

Only issue I had is when we arrived in front of the hotel we got no bellman help at all. Even as my wife and I struggled with carrying 4 pieces of luggage through large heavy glass doors no one came to help, and when we finished checking in, I was directed to the direction of the elevators which were a flight of stairs up. I had to carry all 4 pieces of luggage on my own up the stairs to the elevator. Next day I complained to the gentlemen at the front desk it was Pierre and Waleed both apologized and said that should have never happened. After that incident everything went well. Waleed, Pierre and Fiona went extra mile to make sure our expectations were met, always service with a smile and very accommodating. The hotel is small and beautiful, our room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the bathroom was big with bath towel warmer which my wife appreciated during winter stay. Location is great close to tram station, the opera house, shopping, gallery Lafayette and restaurants. Many of the attractions are with in 15-30 min walking distance. Uber readily available.

The hotel is very close (less than 100 meters) from Opera Metro station and the airport bus stop. It has an upmarket antique look about it. The breakfast is simply amazing and staff most helpful. A good amount of restaurants in the area. The room was a bit tired with limited electrical plugs and shelves in cupboards. That said, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a good 5 night stay.
